As your Washington, DC newborn photographer, I absolutely love getting to connect with the mothers I serve and document the special milestones in their motherhood journey. Since August is National Breastfeeding Month, I made to sure make some time to document the sacred connection between a mama and her nursing baby for a few of my clients.

The last time I saw this beautiful girl was her newborn session, just 5 months ago. I love how you can see her sweet features develop and get a glimpse of who she’ll be as a little girl. We had such a lovely time together on this warm, summer evening at Bluemont Vineyard. We walked through the vineyard and stopped to rest amongst the beautifully blooming hydrangeas.
