A few months ago, I met this mama at sunrise in DC for a very iconic maternity session. Now that her darling little boy is a few weeks old, we connected again in the studio for a very quiet, connected morning. I was so thrilled to get to serve as her Northern Virginia baby photographer. She spent a little time with an incredibly talented hair and makeup artist, who helped her look and feel refreshed, yet natural. We grabbed a lovely little blue nightgown from my client wardrobe. And that’s all we needed. Her little boy just snuggled up to her and dozed the morning away in his mama’s arms.
