Springtime brings such a sense of renewal. Everywhere you look there are signs of new life. What a perfect time to celebrate a pregnancy! Though it was a dark and cloudy day, we had a gorgeous morning at this Smithsonian Castle masternity session. The saucer magnolias were in full bloom and filled the frame with color. These beautiful blooms only last about a week and are one of the first signs of spring in the DC area. They provided the most beautiful and fitting backdrop for this gorgeous mother!
