As a Washington, DC maternity photographer, I get to join you in some of your most celebratory moments. Whether we’re documenting those last few weeks as a family of 2, the tiny, perfect details of your baby, or the first few days of a sibling relationship, the trust you place in me to honor these moments is not lost on me. I know full well how valuable these photographs will become as time steadily, and unforgivingly marches on. While I want you to enjoy them the day you receive them, I’m creating them for you to enjoy in 20 years – or 50. I think about how they’ll make you feel on the other side – when your babies have grown and gone. What will they tell your children about you? About how you love each other now – and always have.

Sharing the news of your pregnancy with your friends and family is such a joy! Babies make your heart grow in ways you just can’t comprehend until you hold that little one in your arms for the first time. Helping you share this news with your loved ones is such an honor. I love getting to document these quiet, respectful, moments – full of love and wonder.
