As your Washington, DC newborn photographer, I love seeing your babies grow! When you choose the First Year Collective, we’ll document baby’s first year – maternity, newborn, a mid-year session, and finally that big 1-year milestone. It’s so fun to see you grow and become more confident as a parent, and to see your little one change over the year. Just looked how much Baby R has changed since his newborn session, just 4 months ago!

The 4-month session is always a treat! Baby is just starting to find his feet, and he’s making eye contact and smiling at you. I always encourage moms to join in the milestone sessions. I know you’re taking hundred of pictures of your baby alone – but one day you’ll look back at see that you’re not in any of them! These aren’t just photographs for you – but a gift to your baby. One day he’ll want to see himself with his mother! I am so glad this mama joined in! These littles grow so quickly, you can only hold them in your arms for so long!
