As your Washington, DC maternity photographer, I am always thrilled when I get to meet you before baby arrives. Getting to do 2 maternity sessions with the same couple is an absolute treat! This family wanted to include Grandma in their maternity session, but with some weather issues, we had to work at an alternate location to make sure we were able to connect before she had to leave. Once the rain left, we were able to reschedule our session at the National Arboretum and I’m so glad this couple didn’t let the cold temps and wind keep them at home.
You can hardly tell it’s in the low 30s with wind gusts at 20mph. We had gorgeous sunshine and a beautiful sunset. Mom also organized a last minute wardrobe change to accommodate the cold temperatures and I absolutely love what she put together. These two look absolutely stunning and I simply cannot wait to see them with a baby in their arms in the new year!
I would love to help you document your own family’s story. If you would like more information about a session with me, I’d love to invite you to send a little note my way here.
