For a couple who loves these quiet, quaint streets, a Montmartre maternity session was the perfect way to document their babymoon. The golden sunrise added a warm glow to the beautiful fall foliage, and a quick stop for macarons and espresso kept us warm and happy as we strolled through this charming neighborhood.

If you’re planning a babymoon, you have endless choices in front of you. Certainly it could be fun to go to a location you’ve never visited before, but choosing a place that is already special for you and your family will make your photographs even more meaningful. That’s exactly what this couple did when they chose to spend the morning in their favorite area of Paris.

After we explored the streets and had the most French of treats, these two had plans to browse some of the artist stalls to choose some bespoke art for their little girl’s nursery. Another priority was shopping at some of the cute boutiques to find a few items for baby’s layette. I think it’s so smart to combine a Montmartre maternity session with a shopping trip for baby!
