As your Vienna, Virignia newborn photographer, one of the most popular options for documenting your baby is my First Year Collective. This package includes a newborn session, 2 studio milestone sessions, and a 1-year session. I absolutely love getting to know your family and watching your little one grow and develop throughout that exciting first year!

While you have flexibility throughout the year on your milestone sessions, most families choose to document baby at 4 months and again at 8 months. Your baby grows so much in between, there is always something new to document!

My milestone sessions always include Mom and Dad. I know that sometimes it feels overwhelming and that you want to avoid the camera. You’re living life in a new body and with very little sleep. But I promise, you will never regret being in the photographs of your baby’s first year!

At 8 months, there is so much interaction and connection between you and your baby! It is one of the most fun ages to photograph! It’s also certainly one of the last easy sessions before baby is up and running!

Your baby is playing with her feet and putting things in her mouth, but also making beautiful eye contact with you. She listens to your voice and laughs and giggles at silly noises. She holds on to your arm as you hold her and might even show off a couple of brand new teeth!

As your Vienna, Virginia newborn photographer, I know what a challenge it can be to get out of the house with a young baby. I don’t want that to prevent you from having beautiful photographs to document her first year and I don’t want it to be a reason for you to not be in the photographs with her! I will arrange for one of my amazing hair and makeup artists to come to your house to help you get ready for your session. After you’ve been pampered at home, when you arrive at the studio, you’ll have dozens of designer dresses for you and outfits for baby to choose from in my studio wardrobe. All you have to do is get out of bed in the morning!
