It’s always so bittersweet to watch your babies grow up. As your Vienna, Virginia newborn photographer, it just warms my heart to see your family again after you’ve spent a year learning who you all are with this new person in your lives. Your confidence grows as a parent. Older siblings who might have been unsure at the newborn session, have fallen in love with their new best friend. So much change in 12 short months.

I was lucky enough to spend time with this family during both their maternity and newborn sessions. There was already so much love and connection in this family. I knew seeing them again as we celebrated Baby B’s 1-year milestone would be a joy. Despite the heat and humidity that comes with July in Virginia, this little family laughed and explored and had the best evening together.
