As your Washington, DC newborn photographer, I am so thrilled to be able to provide a beautiful, calm space to document your motherhood journey. This intimate motherhood session took place in my studio in Vienna, Virginia. With a beautiful, light-filled studio and complete wardrobe for mothers and children, there is nothing for you to worry about. There is no need to clean and declutter your own space and no need to spend hours searching for the right clothing. Simply show up with your little one and enjoy some quiet time together.

These simple motherhood sessions are easily my favorite sessions to photograph. After a few months together, mothers and their babies have established a beautiful rhythm together. You’ve gotten to know each other a bit and that connection is so pure and strong – it’s an absolute joy to witness.

It’s photographs like these, filled with connection and intimacy, that will mean so much to both of you one day. You’ll see how beautiful you look when you look at your baby. And you’ll see the love and trust your little one has for you.
