I have had so much fun this beautiful fall season photographing families in the Washington, DC area. The gorgeous colors that come with the changing of the seasons create such a beautiful backdrop for your family as you spend the evening together. It’s such a treat to live in a place where the colors change with the seasons. Everything is new again every few months!
This lovely family chose to get together for an evening at the National Arboretum and I was thrilled to join them. As your Washington, DC family photographer, it’s one of my favorite locations in the DMV. Of course the US Capitol Columns are stunning. I also just love that just outside the heart of DC you can find acres of tall grasses and beautiful trees.
This little guy is just about 9 months old – and that is such a fun age to photograph! This age is full of smiles, curiosity, and big accomplishments – like brand new teeth and being able to stand up *almost* all on their own! I had the most lovely evening watching this family play together and love each other!
I would love to help you document your own family’s story. If you would like more information about a session with me, I’d love to invite you to send a little note my way here.
