I always encourage my clients to choose locations that are meaningful to them. As a destination family photographer, I’m always ready to go wherever you’d like to go! Maybe it’s your childhood home, maybe a new place you’ve never been, or and old favorite you want to share with your family.

I first served this family in the Washington, DC area. I was lucky enough to document their maternity, newborn, and 6-month milestone sessions. When it came time to choose a location for their little boy’s big 1-year milestone session, they decided to return to a place that they love. They were married in Charleston, South Carolina and loved the idea of documenting their little boy’s first trip there.

We spent an evening at Folly Beach and then met again the next morning at Hampton Park. I loved being able to give them a sun-soaked beach session as well as images with that gorgeous Spanish moss and sprawling oak tree branches.
