If you’ve followed me for much time at all, you’ll know that beaches are my favorite for maternity sessions. As a maternity photographer here in the Washington, DC area, I’m so thrilled that Virginia Beach is just a short road trip away. Whether you live there, or head down to make it a short little baby moon, the photographs we create together on the beach are always so dreamy. I love that for this session it’s just mama and baby – still as one – out together in the world. There’s wind and heat and waves, and mama protects baby from it all.
