This mama is new in town and didn’t have a maternity session with her first baby. She wanted to document a little bit of her pregnancy here in her new city. As your Washington, DC maternity photographer, I love getting to spend the morning with you hitting a handful of the iconic spots in the city. Of course we started out at the Capitol (had to be a bit strategic because of lots of reconstruction work), hoped to include the Supreme Court (but it was blocked off for an upcoming protest), made our way to the Library of Congress, the US Botanical Gardens, and the Jefferson Memorial. What a wonderful welcome to our nation’s capital for this mama and her little one!
