Sometimes mothers who are pregnant with their second child are hesitant to schedule a maternity session. But as your Washington, DC maternity photographer, I always encourage you to consider documenting this special and fleeting time. It’s a time of wonder – and your family will never be the same again. You’re growing by a whole person! Each of you will change. You’ll learn how to parent two sweet babies, and your first will become a big sibling. There will be challenges along the way, but soon you’ll settle into your new roles and you’ll have a hard time remembering these days.
I loved this simple, playful session with mama and her first son. What special memories for both of them. I know that one day this little boy will love to see himself as the only child! I cannot wait to see them again when he’s a big brother!
I would love to help you document your own family’s story. If you would like more information about a session with me, I’d love to invite you to send a little note my way here.
